Ground beef stock,vegetables, herbs, spices, seasoning, onion, garlic, flour

Heating Instructions:

For best results, thaw out in refrigerator.

STOVETOP: Transfer contents to saucepan, stirring occasionally, until
boiling. Turn down to simmer for 3 minutes.

MICROWAVE: Make cuts on plastic film. Heat on high for 2 minutes.
Remove film, stir contents, and heat on medium for another 3 minutes.
